Voluntarily dissolving corporation means taking authorization from all directors or shareholders to close business. Involuntarily dissolving corporation means if corporation has not followed rules of corporate entities such as filed to file annual return, not maintaining the percentage of Canadian directors as per provincial requirement.

Following steps should be taken to dissolve a corporation:

  • Voting should be done for dissolving a corporation between shareholders or directors if your corporation has stopped working and does not have any debts
  • If your corporation has liabilities, you need to first pay all debts
  • Fill forms requested by us
  • provide valid ID
