(“TradeHUB”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website https://tradehub.ca and provides online services through our platforms, including Genubook (bookkeeping, payroll, and service delivery tools) and related client portals (collectively, the “Services”). TradeHUB website pages (including contact and appointment forms),
Genubook and client portals,

Access to bank-imported data is restricted by role-based controls and may require additional verification (step-up MFA) before sensitive actions.
(Plaid Link itself includes security controls and may prompt bank-level MFA depending on the institution.)
We collect, use, and disclose personal information with your consent (express or implied) as required by applicable laws, including Canadian privacy requirements. You may withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
